Dim sum is a Chinese meal of small plates best enjoyed with tea and in the company of friends and family.  In Chinese, Dim Sum literally means to “touch the heart.” Join Chef Jake and Sous Chef Bryton in this dynamic class where you’ll learn tips and techniques for making Chinese dumplings from start to finish. You’ll be able to impress your friends and family with your new dim sum skills in no time!  light lunch will be served so come hungry!
