French food and cooking are generally considered the backbone and underpinning of many cuisines across the western world. The influence and recognition of classical French cooking techniques are legendary. The world’s second largest wine producer, France is home to over a 1,000 varieties of cheese.  We’re sure you have tried a French wine at some point since they have the reputation of being the best in the world. It goes back to one thing: quality control. French wine-making is regulated by strict government laws set up by the Appellation d’ Origine Contrôlée.  We will learn all about this process in our class and taste some fantastic wines from Alsace, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. We invite you to come take a tour with us to sample some of our hand-picked French favorites with Chef Jake.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
