Join Chef Jake as he teaches you about some of his favorite big, beautiful red wines! In this class you will learn how to taste with intent and will be provided with some of Harmons top quality meats, cheeses, and other treats which will pair perfectly with our chef’s selections. You will also be learning how to make your own charcuterie board — a must for anyone who loves to entertain! We will provide the charcuterie board, assorted meats, nuts and cheeses, and Chef Jake will discuss the origins and unique processes that make these selections special.
