There are flavors of Berber, Arabic, Andalusian, European, Sub-Saharan, and Mediterranean traditions; altogether it makes for a varied and wonderful cuisine. From delicious meaty stews with dried fruit to barbecued brochettes, spicy soups, fresh fish and seafood, vibrant salads, creamy milkshakes, and sticky-sweet pastries and doughnuts, Morocco has something for everyone to enjoy.
