This French dessert is believed to have been created by a chef that cooked for the Queen of France around the 19th Century. Éclairs, been a staple of the dessert case ever since. Join us for an evening in baking and learning the process of making these delicious pastries. Guests will work in groups and make Éclairs to take home. A light dinner will be served, so bring an appetite!
